Roster availability
Before every game, you know who can play, who can't, and until when.
In one tap, the staff marks where each player stands, and until when. An absence reported on the calendar comes through on its own, and when you pick the squad, everyone shows up with their availability.
Roster availability is included in the Pro and Elite plans.
The roster as it stands, today
Where each player stands, in one tap
Available, limited, unavailable: you change a player's status in one tap, with a return date if needed. On that day, they switch back to available automatically.
The player confirms their return date
Before the planned date, Clubify asks the player, or their parent, whether it still holds. They confirm in one tap or suggest another one, and the decision is yours. They see their status and date, never the staff's notes.
The weekend squad, knowing who's there
When you pick the squad, everyone's status shows up next to their name: no more unwelcome surprises on game day. And whatever needs a decision, like a recent red card or a date to set, is waiting for you in the same place.
In detail
With Pro and Elite
- Five statuses, each saying what the player can do: available, limited, out of competition, unavailable, uncertain
- A return date in one tap (3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks or a date you pick) and a reason if you want; on that day, the player switches back to available automatically
- Several players changed at once, and ten minutes to undo a change
- Absences that players report on the calendar show up automatically
- Two days before the return date, a question to the player or their parent; you can also ask it yourself anytime
- The player confirms in one tap or suggests another date, with a supporting document if they want; you apply it or keep yours
- “To handle”: recent red card, date to set, player uncertain for a long time, reported absence, suggested date; after a red card, “out of competition” in one tap
- Each player's history: their statuses, practice attendance, cards, absences, and the staff notes, which only the team's staff can read
- Today's numbers (who can play, returns this week, what's left to handle) and who couldn't play, week after week
- Everyone's status right in front of you when you pick the squad for a game or a meet, or the lineup
- Your sport's own words: can play or can compete
- With Elite: a staff note can be passed on to the club's leadership, in the Governance space
Where to use it
In the management space
Everything: the overview, the roster, each player's history and a tab on their record, team by team and season by season. On the app, the web and the desktop app.
In the member space
In “My availability,” each player sees their status and return date, answers when the staff asks, and finds the absences they've reported. Parents do it for their kids.
Questions
Does the player see what the staff writes?
No. They see their status, their return date and who updated them. The reason and the notes stay within the team's staff.
Can I call up a player marked “out of competition”?
Yes, it's your call. Clubify asks you to confirm before adding them to the squad, then reminds you when call-ups go out how many of the players called up can't play. Nothing is blocked.
Which plan do I need?
Pro or Elite: roster availability is included in full. With Elite, the staff can also pass a note on to the club's leadership.
