Games & competition
Before the weekend, you know who's coming, who's driving and who's working the concession stand. Afterward, the results and the standings are waiting for you in one place.
No more calling every player, or every parent: everyone responds from their phone. And whether it's basketball, tennis or track and field, Clubify speaks your sport's language.
In every plan, including the Free plan.
Before, during and after every game
Who's coming, who's driving, who's washing the uniforms
You send the call-ups, everyone responds in one tap, parents for their kids, and Clubify nudges anyone who hasn't, so you don't have to. Carpools, uniforms, concession stand: anyone can say “I'll handle it,” and you see what's still left to do.
Every sport does game day its own way
The score of a basketball game updates live. A track and field event moves forward heat by heat, and a new personal record shows up right away. A tennis bracket, set by set. Clubify keeps pace with your sport.
The recap and the standings
Players rate each other anonymously, and the MVP comes out on its own. For the standings, it's your call: Clubify calculates them after every result, or you paste in your league's standings and the assistant pulls them in.

Where to use it
In the management space
You do everything here: create the competition and its schedule, send call-ups, assign tasks, set the lineup, enter the live score and do the recap. On the app, the web and the desktop app, from phone to computer.
In the member space
Each player, or their parent, responds to their call-up, sees their tasks, follows the game live, and checks the schedule, the standings and the bracket. On the app and the web.
Questions
Do standings update automatically?
Yes, if you want them to: they update with every result entered. You can also enter them yourself, or copy them from your league's website and paste them in: the assistant pulls them in, and you confirm.
Can I do everything from my phone?
Yes: create the competition and its schedule, send call-ups, assign tasks, set the lineup, enter the live score and close out the game, on phone or tablet. Everything also works on the web and the desktop app, on a computer.
Do I need a paid plan?
No, competitions are in every plan, including the Free plan. With Pro and Elite, the assistant can also use AI to take a second look at pasted standings or a pasted schedule that it couldn't read the first time.
