Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Clubify uses cookies and other trackers on its public website and, where applicable, across all of its digital services.

It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

Clubify deliberately limits the use of cookies and trackers. Currently in use:

• Strictly necessary cookies — the « clubify_currency » preference cookie which remembers the currency chosen for price display (up to 12 months), and authentication session cookies placed only when using the application (no personal data);
• Audience measurement cookies — Google Analytics 4 (`_ga`, `_ga_*`) which anonymously measures visits to the public website. This cookie is only placed if you give explicit consent via our banner. Duration: up to 13 months. IP anonymization enabled. Provider: Google Ireland Limited.

No advertising cookie, nor third-party behavioral tracker, is placed on the site.

The cookies and trackers used serve only to:

• ensure the technical operation and security of the services;
• remember a display preference of the user, namely the currency;
• measure website audience anonymously, in order to improve content and navigation.

Clubify does not use this data for advertising profiling or resale to third parties.

Strictly necessary cookies: do not require your consent (legal obligation for site operation).

Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4): only placed after your explicit consent via the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6).

Legal basis: consent of the data subject (article 6.1.a of the GDPR).

Each tracker is retained for a duration proportionate to its purpose. The currency preference cookie is kept for a maximum of 12 months; session cookies for the signed-in area expire at the end of the session or after the time needed to secure access.

As audience measurement data is anonymized, it cannot be used to re-identify an individual.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time:

• Via our banner: click « Manage cookies » in the footer to reopen the banner and change your choice;
• Via your browser: each browser allows you to block or delete cookies (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). See your browser's help;
• Directly with Google: Google provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on ([link](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout)).
