Yes. A parent or guardian gets their own access: they follow their child's schedule, call-ups and club life, on the web, the desktop app or the mobile app.

They can follow several kids from one account, and they don't count toward the plan's members.

Yes, on iOS and Android, on phones and tablets alike. Every member gets their schedule, call-ups, games and practices, messaging and club life in one place.

And you can run the whole organization from the app too, on top of the web app and the desktop app.

No. A browser is all you need to do everything. The mobile app, on iOS and Android, and the desktop app, on Mac, Windows and Linux, are there if you'd rather keep them close at hand.

8 languages: French, English (British and American), Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese (from Portugal and Brazil).

Everyone picks their own in their account, and emails arrive in the recipient's language. More languages will be added as needed.

Three plans: Free, Pro and Elite. The free plan goes up to 30 members and one team.

Pro and Elite include 30 members, then each additional member is billed monthly. Pay monthly or yearly, with 20% off when you pay for the year.

Yes. Your first club gets 30 days of Elite free, to try every feature. Then you choose the plan that works for you, the free one included.

Yes, anytime, from the club settings. Switching back to the free plan takes effect at the end of the period already paid: your club keeps everything until then.

Upgrading is only charged pro rata for the current period.

Yes: create several clubs (up to 3 on the free plan, unlimited on paid plans).

And on the Elite plan, you can group them into one organization and run them from a single cockpit.

Yes, on the Pro and Elite plans. The club sets up online payment, then each member pays by card from their account, or from a link the club sends, even without a Clubify account.

The money goes straight to the club's account.

Create your account, then your club, in a few minutes and for free. Then import your members and invite them to join.

Yes, from an Excel, CSV, PDF or text file, or by pasting your list. Clubify recognizes the columns of a spreadsheet on its own. If something's missing, AI can handle it on the Pro and Elite plans, or you start from the template to fill in.

You review everything before saving, and imported members get nothing until you invite them.

Yes. Clubify is hosted in Europe, in France and Germany, and complies with the GDPR. Our security program follows the leading international standards.

Only the people in your club, based on the permissions you give them: an athlete sees what concerns them, an admin what their role opens up.

Other clubs never have access.

Yes. The club owner can request a full copy of the club's data from the club settings. It's prepared in the background, then made available to download.
