Pricing questions
Can I try the paid plans?
Yes. Your first club gets 30 days of Elite free, to try every feature. Then you choose the plan that works for you, the free one included.
Who counts as a member?
Active athletes, coaches and club admins, as well as pending invitations. Parents and guardians do not count, nor do archived members.
What about beyond 30 members?
On Pro or Elite, each extra member costs €0.30 before tax per month on Pro and €0.50 before tax on Elite. The free plan goes up to 30 members; beyond that, the club moves to Pro or Elite.
Are prices before tax?
Yes. Any applicable tax is added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for the year up front, with a 20% discount: Pro comes to €11.20 before tax per month, i.e. €134.40 before tax per year.
How much does a club network cost?
Only the club that owns the network subscribes to Elite, and every club you add to it gets Elite too. A network includes 3 clubs, yours included; beyond that, each club costs €9.99 before tax per month, Elite included. As for any Elite club, each one has 30 members included, then €0.50 before tax per member per month.
How do I pay?
Payments go through Stripe, our payment provider: by card and by the other methods offered at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Just switch back to the free plan from the club settings, or write to us. The change takes effect at the end of the period already paid: your club keeps everything until then. A period that has started is not refunded.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from the club settings. Upgrading is only charged pro rata for the current period.
