Account deletion
You can delete your Clubify account at any time. This page explains the procedure, the data that is erased, and retention periods.
How to delete your account
In the app or your member area: open your profile, then “Account”, then “Delete my account”, and confirm.
Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel it by signing back in. After that, it becomes permanent.
Data that is deleted
After the grace period, the personal data linked to your account is deleted or anonymized:
- profile (name, email, phone, photo, preferences)
- private messages and content you posted
- club membership and activity
Data that is retained
Some data may be kept in a limited way, only where the law requires it (legal and accounting obligations), for the applicable legal period, or in anonymized form that no longer identifies you. It is never used for marketing purposes.
