You create the practice once, and it repeats until the end of the season. Everyone gets their invitation and a reminder, and responds in one tap, coaches included; for a kid, their parent does.
Attendance in one tap
When practice starts, you check off who's there, or everyone at once. Under each name, their response: you know right away who gave you a heads-up.
A recap that helps next time
How it went, what to remember, a word about a player: the recap takes a minute, and the next practice starts with “Last time.” The AI assistant tells you which players to keep an eye on and preps the next practice from the club's library.

Questions
Can I create all the season's practices at once?
Yes. You create one practice and repeat it every week, every two weeks or every month, until the date you pick in the season. Before you confirm, Clubify tells you how many practices will be created, and you can still edit each one on its own afterward.
Can parents respond for their kids?
Yes. The parent gets the invitation and the reminders, and responds for their kid from the app or the web.
Do I need a paid plan?
No, practices are in every plan, including the Free plan. With Pro and Elite, you also get the AI assistant, your own files in the library, field booking with the practice, and tests and times saved with it.
