Member space and management space
Members and parents have their space to follow the club, and those who keep it running have theirs to manage it, in the same app.
Every member finds their calendar, their games, their messages and their documents without having to ask. The treasurer, the coach or the communications manager opens what concerns them, and nothing else. On the app, the web and the desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux.
Every plan includes both spaces, on every screen; Pro and Elite also let you create your own roles.
Everyone has their place in the club
Each person's club, in one place
Their next game, their next practice, and what they still have to do: a permission slip to sign, dues to pay. They respond in one tap, see all their clubs on a single calendar, and find the club's documents, from the bylaws to the club rules.
A parent responds for their kids
In one tap, a parent switches from themselves to one of their kids: they respond to call-ups, pay the dues and sign, all on their kid's behalf. One account is enough for several kids, even in different clubs.
Everyone runs their part of the club
Treasurer, coach, communications manager: everyone opens what concerns their role, and a coach goes straight to their teams. Someone who plays and helps run the club switches from one space to the other from the club menu.

Do I need to install anything?
No: both spaces open in a browser, on a computer or a phone. The app adds notifications on the phone and reopening with Face ID or a fingerprint, and the desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux keeps both spaces open on the computer.
Who has access to the management space?
Those the club gives a role to: owner, administrator, coach, treasurer, communications manager… Each person only sees what concerns their role. Other members and parents have the member space.
Can a parent do everything for their kid?
For a minor, they can respond to call-ups, pay dues, upload paperwork, and sign documents if they are allowed to give consent. If the kid has their own account, the kid responds for themselves, and the parent follows along.
