Proof of insurance, ID, permission slip: the request goes to the member, or to their parents, on their phone. They send a photo, you approve it. With no reply, Clubify sends a reminder for you.
A document signed by a whole team
A field trip permission slip for the U13s to sign? You take the PDF, pick the team and show where to sign: everyone's name fills in automatically. For a kid, the parent signs, even without an account.
Members do everything from their phone
In their space, everyone sees what they need to do: sign a document, upload a file, pay their dues. The signed document is filed in their record and in the Club Drive, and you see at a glance who has signed.

- Each member's record: identity, preferred name, contact info, address, place of birth, nationality
- Each young member's parents or guardians: the main contact, who can give consent, who gets the club's messages

Questions
My list is already in a file. Do I have to retype it all?
No. Import your Excel or CSV file, or paste a table: Clubify recognizes the columns and tells you what's missing. With Pro and Elite, the AI assistant also reads a list in a PDF or pasted text, and you review everything before confirming.
What is the signature worth legally?
It's a simple electronic signature, within the meaning of the European eIDAS regulation. Every signed document carries a proof page: who signed, how they were identified, when, the history, and a fingerprint of the document, all verifiable online.
Which plan do I need?
The list, the records, parents and importing an Excel or CSV file are in every plan. Pro and Elite add documents, requests, signatures, licenses, dues and the AI import assistant.
