The club conversation and each team's conversation exist from day one. A newcomer joins automatically, anyone who leaves loses access, and your private messages are in the same list.

Photos from the game, the meeting spot that opens in Google Maps or Waze, a poll for the end-of-season dinner: it all goes through the team conversation. In youth teams, parents post too, and their messages are signed “for Léo.”
Who reads, who posts, who gets notified
For each team, you choose who can post: the coaching staff, the players, the parents. The club conversation can be for announcements only. And everyone decides when they get notified, so they're not bothered by every single message.

Yes, in youth teams: they read and post, and their messages are signed “for Léo.” For other teams, the coaching staff decides who reads and who posts.
Do I need a paid plan?
No, messaging is included in every plan. Pro and Elite give you more room for photos and videos; Elite adds a conversation between the clubs in your network.
