Pick a template: tournament, grant, training camp, annual general meeting, club party, new season… Enter the date of the big day: tasks and milestones arrive already dated, ready to adjust your way. Next year, duplicate the project: everything comes back, with all the dates shifted at once.
Everyone knows what to do
Assign a task to a committee member, a coach or a volunteer: they are notified, find it in My tasks and get a reminder before the due date. A task is stuck? Mark it as blocked, with the reason, and the whole project team sees it.

The planning view lines your projects up across the months of the season, with their milestones; delays stand out, and milestones and due dates appear in the club calendar. With Elite, each project has its budget: what is planned, what is paid, and everything flows into the club’s finances.

Questions
Does a volunteer need to see the whole club?
No. Give them the “Project contributor” access: they only see the projects where they have a task or are on the team, and nothing else in the club.
Can a project be reused the following year?
Yes: duplicate it. Tasks, milestones, team and budget come along, with all dates shifted at once and nothing ticked. Or start from one of the eight Clubify templates.
