You rate each person on the club’s criteria, from one to five stars, and write down what you saw. Several spotted on the same day, at a match or a tournament? One report for all of them, video included. And in the app, the report can be written even without signal.
Every opinion, together, to decide
The profile averages all the reports, criterion by criterion, and shows who is improving. With blind ratings, everyone gives their view without seeing anyone else’s. Torn between three profiles? The AI assistant compares them in one chart, and you make the call.
They sign, they join the club
“Add to members” creates their member profile with what you know about them, in the right team. Their arrival goes straight into the Journey, and those who followed them are notified.

Questions
Do I have to enter arrivals and departures?
No. A member profile that becomes active is an arrival, an archived profile is a departure, and every move from one team to another is recorded too. You can complete a line with the previous club or the reason for leaving.
What if the club has already spotted them?
Clubify tells you as soon as you type their name, even if they were dropped two years ago: when, by whom and why. A dropped prospect stays in the club’s memory.
