Admin without chasing people by hand
Request a document, it lands in the record
Insurance certificate, ID, parental consent form: the request goes to the member, or to their parents, on their phone. They send a photo, you approve it. With no reply, Clubify sends a reminder for you.
A document signed by a whole team
A trip consent form for the U13s to sign? You take the PDF, choose the team and show where to sign: everyone's name fills itself in. For a child, the parent signs, even without an account.
Members do everything from their phone
In their space, everyone sees what they have to do: sign a document, send in a file, pay their membership fee. The signed document is filed in their record and in the Club Drive, and you see at a glance who has signed.

In every plan
- Each member's record: identity, preferred name, contact details, address, place of birth, nationality
- Each young member's parents or guardians: the main contact, who can give consent, who receives the club's messages
- Invitations to join Clubify, with access suited to each person's age
- Your list in Excel, a CSV file or a copied-and-pasted table: Clubify recognises the columns, tells you what's missing and offers a template to fill in
- A member found by name, or only the ones you're interested in: invited, archived, by licence…
- The record of a member who leaves, set aside so it can come back later, or deleted
With Pro and Elite
- Paperwork in the record: ID, parental consent, image rights, insurance certificate…, with their expiry date
- A document requested from the member or their parents, on their phone and by email, with reminders after 7 and 14 days
- The member sends a photo or a file from their space; you approve it, or decline it and say why
- A PDF to be signed by a few members or whole teams, kept as a template for next time
- You show where to sign, tick, write or date; name, date of birth or licence number filled in automatically for each person
- For a child, one parent is enough or all of them sign, your choice, even without an account, with a link received by email
- The signed document filed in the record and the Drive, with its proof page, verifiable online
- Who has signed, who is waiting, who has declined, and a reminder in one tap

Questions
My list is already in a file: do I have to retype it all?
No. Import your Excel or CSV file, or paste a table: Clubify recognises the columns and tells you what's missing. With Pro and Elite, the AI assistant also reads a list in a PDF or pasted text, and you check everything before confirming.
What is the signature worth legally?
It is a simple electronic signature, within the meaning of the European eIDAS regulation. Every signed document carries a proof page: who signed, how they were identified, when, the history, and a fingerprint of the document, all verifiable online.
Which plan do I need?
The list, the records, parents and importing an Excel or CSV file are in every plan. Pro and Elite add documents, requests, signatures, licences, membership fees and the AI import assistant.
