Every file lands in its place
Photos from Club life, attachments from conversations, signed documents: everything files itself, in folders that Clubify keeps up to date. For everything else, drag in a file or a whole folder, and it arrives organised just as it is on your computer.
Everyone opens what concerns them
The video of the final for the U15s, the accounts for the committee only: you share with a team, a role or a person, for as long as you need. And every file has its confidentiality level, from Public, which can go out by a simple link, to Confidential, which only the people you choose can open.
The club's storage, right in front of you
A gauge shows how much space is left, and Clubify suggests what to delete first: the biggest files, the ones nobody opens any more. Second thoughts? The trash keeps everything for 90 days.

In the management space
Everything happens here: add, organise, share, get signatures and free up space, on the app, the website and the desktop software.
In the member space
Each member finds the documents attached to the events in their calendar, and the PDFs to sign in My account.
Questions
What files can go in it?
Your PDFs, photos and videos, and your Word, Excel or PowerPoint files, up to 2 GB per file with Pro and 5 GB with Elite. You can also drag in a whole folder: it arrives organised just as on your computer.
Who can see our files?
Everyone only sees what has been shared with them, with their team or with their role. A confidential file only opens for the people you name. The club's administrators keep access, so that nothing gets lost when someone leaves, and every time someone other than you opens your “My Drive”, it's recorded.
Which plan do I need?
In every plan, photos and videos from Club life and conversations are stored in the Drive, and those who run the club can sort through them. Pro and Elite open up the whole Drive: your own files, sharing and signing, with 100 GB or 200 GB for the club.
