Cookie Policy
This page describes how Clubify uses cookies and trackers on its website and, where applicable, in its services. Clubify has deliberately chosen a lean approach: very few cookies, and audience measurement performed without cookies.
1. Purpose
This Cookie Policy explains how Clubify uses cookies and other trackers on its public website and, where applicable, across all of its digital services.
It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies and trackers actually used
Clubify deliberately limits the use of cookies and trackers. As of today, the following are used:
- a preference cookie named “clubify_currency”, which stores the currency selected for displaying prices (maximum duration of 12 months). It contains no personal data;
- cookies strictly necessary for the operation and security of the signed-in area (authentication session), set only when using the application and not during simple browsing of the marketing website;
- audience measurement of the marketing website performed without any cookie or persistent identifier, based on aggregated and anonymized data.
No advertising cookie, and no third-party behavioral tracking, is set on the marketing website.
3. Purposes
The cookies and trackers used serve only to:
- ensure the technical operation and security of the services;
- remember a display preference of the user, namely the currency;
- measure website audience anonymously, in order to improve content and navigation.
Clubify does not use this data for advertising profiling or resale to third parties.
4. Consent
As it currently stands, the marketing website only sets functional or strictly necessary cookies, and measures its audience without any cookie or persistent identifier. No consent banner is therefore required.
Should any non-essential cookies or trackers be introduced, they would only be set after informing the user and obtaining their consent, in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Retention period
Each tracker is retained for a duration proportionate to its purpose. The currency preference cookie is kept for a maximum of 12 months; session cookies for the signed-in area expire at the end of the session or after the time needed to secure access.
As audience measurement data is anonymized, it cannot be used to re-identify an individual.
6. Managing preferences
Users can at any time view, block or delete the cookies set through their browser settings. Blocking the currency cookie does not prevent use of the site, but the currency will need to be selected again on each visit.
If a consent management mechanism is added later, it will also allow users to change or withdraw their choices directly from the site.
7. Contact
For any question regarding the cookies and trackers used by Clubify, users can use the contact page.
