Sub-processors

Clubify does not run its entire infrastructure alone. Some providers host the servers, deliver emails, protect the network or process payments. Depending on their role, they access some or all of the data that passes through the platform.

This page names them all in one place, so the list cannot drift from one document to another. It separates the providers that handle a club's data, where Clubify acts as a processor, from those involved in Clubify's own processing, where it is the controller.

These providers handle the data that clubs place in the platform. Each is bound by a contract imposing protection obligations equivalent to those in the Data processing terms.

Required to operate the Service:

• IONOS SARL and IONOS SE : server hosting and file storage. France and Germany, European Union.
• Scaleway SAS : delivery of the Service's transactional emails. France, European Union.
• Cloudflare, Inc. : network protection, attack filtering and traffic distribution. Edge processing within the European Union, company established in the United States.
• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. : subscription payment processing. Ireland, European Union.

Used depending on the features in use:

• IONOS SE : inference behind the artificial intelligence features. Germany, European Union. Submitted content is not used to train any model.
• Expo : delivery of notifications to the mobile applications, relaying them to Apple's and Google's notification services, where the member has enabled them. United States.
• Apple Inc. : updating membership cards in Apple Wallet, where a member adds one. United States.
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. : only where a club connects a Microsoft mailbox to the Mail module. Ireland, European Union.
• Google Ireland Ltd. : mapping services, only when a member shares their location or views a map. Ireland, European Union.

For its own processing, described in the Privacy policy, Clubify acts as the controller and relies on the following providers.

• Google Ireland Ltd. : audience measurement on the public website, set only after consent and detailed on the Cookies page. Ireland, European Union.
• IONOS SARL and Cloudflare, Inc. : hosting and protection of the public website. France, Germany and European Union.
• Scaleway SAS : delivery of customer relationship and support emails. France, European Union.

Club data is hosted within the European Union.

Some providers listed above belong to companies established outside the European Union. Where a transfer may result, it is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or by any other mechanism recognised as providing appropriate safeguards. The safeguards applying to a given transfer are provided on request.

Clubify informs its customers of any addition or replacement of a sub-processor at least thirty days before it takes effect.

A club may object to a change on legitimate data protection grounds. Failing agreement, it may terminate the affected part of the Service without penalty, under the conditions set out in the Data processing terms.
