Yes. A parent or guardian has their own access: they follow their child's schedule, call-ups and club life, in the browser, the desktop software or the app.

They can follow several children from the same account, and they don't count towards the plan's members.

Yes, on iOS and Android, on phones and tablets alike. Every member finds their schedule, call-ups, matches and training sessions, messaging and club life there.

And the whole club can be run from the app too, as well as from the browser and the desktop software.

No. A browser is all you need to do everything. The app, on iOS and Android, and the desktop software, on Mac, Windows and Linux, are there for those who prefer to have them to hand.

In 8 languages: French, English (British and American), Spanish, German, Italian and Portuguese (from Portugal and Brazil).

Everyone chooses their own in their account, and emails arrive in the language of the person receiving them. More languages will be added as needed.

Three plans: Free, Pro and Elite. The free plan goes up to 30 members and one team.

Pro and Elite include 30 members, then each extra member is billed monthly. You pay monthly or yearly, with a 20% discount for the year.

Yes. Your first club gets 30 days of Elite free, to try every feature. Then you choose the plan that suits you, the free one included.

Yes, at any time, from the club settings. Switching back to the free plan takes effect at the end of the period already paid: your club keeps everything until then.

Moving to a higher plan is only charged pro rata for the current period.

Yes: you can create several clubs (up to 3 on the free plan, with no limit on paid plans).

And with the Elite plan, you can bring them together into a network, managed from a single cockpit.

Yes, with the Pro and Elite plans. The club sets up online payment, then each member pays by card from their account, or from a link sent by the club, even without a Clubify account.

The money goes straight to the club's account.

Create your account, then your club, in a few minutes and for free. You can then import your members and invite them to join you.

Yes, from an Excel, CSV, PDF or text file, or by pasting your list. Clubify recognises the columns of a spreadsheet on its own. If information is missing, AI can take care of it with the Pro and Elite plans, or you start from the template to fill in.

You check everything before saving, and imported members receive nothing until you invite them.

Yes. Clubify is hosted in Europe, in France and Germany, and complies with the GDPR. Our security approach follows the leading international standards.

Only the people in your club, according to the permissions you give them: a player sees what concerns them, a club official what their role opens up to them.

Other clubs never have access.

Yes. The club owner can request a full copy of the club's data from the club settings. It is prepared in the background, then made available for download.
