You record what each partner brings and what the club commits to in return: their payments land in Finances, and the person in charge is reminded before every deadline. You also choose what your members see: the partner showcase and their offers.

From handshake to renewal
A clear agreement, on both sides
What the partner brings, what the club commits to: it’s all in the agreement. Their money lands in Finances, payment by payment, and each commitment is ticked off once it’s delivered, from the logo on the shirts to the invitations.
Their offers, in your members’ pockets
A discount from your partner becomes a member offer: an image, a code, a link. Members find it in Club life, on their phone or their computer, and flip the card to see the code. You choose who appears: a partner can also stay out of the spotlight.
Renewal, prepared in good time
Every partner has a person in charge. An agreement coming to an end, a commitment to deliver, a late payment: Clubify lets them know in good time. Contacts, interactions and documents stay on the partner’s page, and the relationship carries on even when the committee changes.

- A page for each partner, with one or more types: sponsor, kit supplier, local authority, patron, media…
- Your own statuses, from “Prospect” to “Former partner”: rename them, colour them, show them to members or keep them for managers only

Questions
Do members see every partner?
No, you decide. Each status is either visible or internal: a prospect or a discreet partner is only seen by managers. Only partners with a visible status appear in the showcase, along with their offers.
Do I have to enter payments twice?
No. Each expected payment is already a line in Finances. Whether you record it from the partner’s page or from Finances, it’s the same payment, and the agreement updates itself.
